11月1日，2024年武漢“設(shè)計(jì)日”活動(dòng)在百年歸來的民眾樂園開幕。開幕式現(xiàn)場(chǎng)群星熠熠，聯(lián)合國(guó)教科文組織和人居署官員、法蘭西建筑院院士、全國(guó)工程勘察設(shè)計(jì)大師……國(guó)內(nèi)外專家學(xué)者、設(shè)計(jì)大師共聚武漢，共謀未來。武漢設(shè)計(jì)人現(xiàn)場(chǎng)宣布成立“武漢設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)意聯(lián)盟”，發(fā)布“武漢倡議”。武漢勘察設(shè)計(jì)協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)長(zhǎng)楊書平應(yīng)邀出席，并為武漢設(shè)計(jì)之都新標(biāo)識(shí)——漢DESIGN揭幕。
開幕式上，武漢市人民政府副市長(zhǎng)張忠軍向與會(huì)賓客致辭。自2017年被聯(lián)合國(guó)教科文組織授予“設(shè)計(jì)之都”稱號(hào)以來，武漢成為全球創(chuàng)意城市網(wǎng)絡(luò)的重要節(jié)點(diǎn)。七年來，武漢設(shè)計(jì)全面融入城市發(fā)展，有效賦能經(jīng)濟(jì)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，城市高效能治理，市民高品質(zhì)生活。本次“設(shè)計(jì)日”活動(dòng)將成為武漢設(shè)計(jì)之都的新起點(diǎn)，以設(shè)計(jì)之力，加快壯大新質(zhì)生產(chǎn)力；用設(shè)計(jì)之美，打造宜居、韌性、智慧城市；借設(shè)計(jì)之智，做好超大城市治理必答題，將武漢建設(shè)成為更具國(guó)際影響力和美譽(yù)度的“設(shè)計(jì)之都”。
本次“設(shè)計(jì)日”活動(dòng)以“新質(zhì)設(shè)計(jì)，融合創(chuàng)新”為主題，中國(guó)勘察設(shè)計(jì)協(xié)會(huì)理事長(zhǎng)朱長(zhǎng)喜發(fā)表了致辭。朱長(zhǎng)喜表示，設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)新質(zhì)生產(chǎn)力不僅僅是技術(shù)的突破，更是理念的創(chuàng)新，要以更高的視角、更寬的視野，探索設(shè)計(jì)與科技、綠色、人文的融合之道。
武漢市自然資源和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)局黨組書記、局長(zhǎng)王洋在推介武漢設(shè)計(jì)新質(zhì)生產(chǎn)力研究成果時(shí)表示，將通過服務(wù)新的人群、刺激新的消費(fèi)、創(chuàng)造新的空間、營(yíng)造新的場(chǎng)所打造設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)新質(zhì)生產(chǎn)力，圍繞著空間和產(chǎn)業(yè)、規(guī)劃和策劃、技術(shù)和政策，加強(qiáng)融合創(chuàng)新，構(gòu)建武漢設(shè)計(jì)新生態(tài)。
開幕式上，武漢七大設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域（規(guī)劃、勘察設(shè)計(jì)、工業(yè)、動(dòng)漫、游戲、服裝、文創(chuàng)）的領(lǐng)軍人物精彩亮相！武漢勘察設(shè)計(jì)協(xié)會(huì)楊書平會(huì)長(zhǎng)，代表武漢勘察設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)步入主席臺(tái)，手執(zhí)七巧板，在“大舞臺(tái)”上拼接演變，最終形成武漢“設(shè)計(jì)之都”新標(biāo)識(shí)LOGO。
七大設(shè)計(jì)協(xié)會(huì)代表現(xiàn)場(chǎng)宣布成立“武漢設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)意聯(lián)盟”，并發(fā)布“武漢倡議”：未來，武漢設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)將積極擁抱設(shè)計(jì)新變革，打造設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)新質(zhì)生產(chǎn)力，以設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)新質(zhì)生產(chǎn)力賦能城市發(fā)展、融入科技創(chuàng)新、引領(lǐng)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)、增進(jìn)民生福祉、促進(jìn)人才培養(yǎng)、推動(dòng)交流合作，向全球傳遞武漢聲音。 近年來，武漢設(shè)計(jì)百花齊放，全面融入城市發(fā)展，數(shù)據(jù)顯示，武漢設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)涵蓋住建部《工程設(shè)計(jì)資質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》中全部21個(gè)細(xì)分行業(yè)，在高鐵、港口、水利、電力、冶金、化工等行業(yè)擁有世界級(jí)的綜合設(shè)計(jì)服務(wù)水平。未來，設(shè)計(jì)之于武漢，還將激發(fā)更多創(chuàng)新火花，創(chuàng)造更多可能！ 武漢倡議 武漢，地處長(zhǎng)江之濱，位居中國(guó)天元，當(dāng)前正錨定建設(shè)國(guó)家中心城市和國(guó)內(nèi)國(guó)際雙循環(huán)樞紐的目標(biāo)定位，牢牢把握高質(zhì)量發(fā)展首要任務(wù)，加快“三個(gè)優(yōu)勢(shì)轉(zhuǎn)化”，重塑新時(shí)代武漢之“重”。今天，在 2024“武漢設(shè)計(jì)日”開幕之際，為激揚(yáng)創(chuàng)新澎湃動(dòng)能，打造新質(zhì)設(shè)計(jì)力，助推城市高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，現(xiàn)發(fā)起如下倡議： Wuhan,located on the banks of the Yangtze River and at the center of China, is currently focused on establishing itself as a national central city and a hub for domestic-global dual circulation. It firmly prioritizes the high-quality development, accelerates the transformation of its “three advantages,” and aims to reshape the significance of Wuhan in the new era.On this occasion of the opening of the 2024 Wuhan Design Day, we hereby propose the following initiative to invigorate innovation, enhance new quality design forces, and promote high-quality urban development: 一、新質(zhì)設(shè)計(jì)賦能城市發(fā)展。設(shè)計(jì)是城市的靈魂，設(shè)計(jì)是創(chuàng)新的源頭，設(shè)計(jì)是新質(zhì)生產(chǎn)力的核心要素。我們倡議，以新質(zhì)設(shè)計(jì)為引領(lǐng)，構(gòu)建設(shè)計(jì)新生態(tài)，充分發(fā)揮新質(zhì)設(shè)計(jì)“創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)、泛在賦能、跨界融合”能力，優(yōu)化城市空間布局，提升城市能級(jí)和核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，讓城市處處有設(shè)計(jì)，城市因設(shè)計(jì)而精彩。 1.Empowering urban high-quality development through new quality design.Design is the soul of a city, the source of innovation, and a core element of new quality productive force. We advocate for leading with new quality design to build a new design ecosystem. By fully leveraging the capabilities of new quality design— innovation-driven, ubiquitously empowered, cross-disciplinary integrated—we aim to optimize urban spatial layouts, enhance the city’s capacity and core competitiveness, and ensure that design is woven into every aspect of the city, making the city vibrant and captivating through design. 二、新質(zhì)設(shè)計(jì)融入科技創(chuàng)新?？萍际堑谝簧a(chǎn)力。新質(zhì)設(shè)計(jì)之新，在于高新技術(shù)含量，在于率先運(yùn)用人工智能、大數(shù)據(jù)等前沿科技。我們倡議，以創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)為主導(dǎo)，向新求質(zhì)，將設(shè)計(jì)思維深度融合前沿科技、融入科技創(chuàng)新全過程，打造新質(zhì)設(shè)計(jì)力。 2.Integrating technological innovation with new quality design. Technology is the primary productive force. The essence of new quality design lies in its high technological content and its pioneering use of cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data. We advocate for a driving force of innovation to pursue new quality, integrating design thinking deeply with frontier technologies and embedding it throughout the entire process of technological innovation to create robust new quality design forces. 三、新質(zhì)設(shè)計(jì)引領(lǐng)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)。新質(zhì)設(shè)計(jì)以產(chǎn)業(yè)融合為導(dǎo)向，通過設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)新帶動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新，推動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)迭代升級(jí)。我們倡議，以新質(zhì)設(shè)計(jì)注入產(chǎn)業(yè)活力，培育更多自主品牌、國(guó)貨潮牌、新銳品牌，提高中國(guó)品牌全球知名度和美譽(yù)度，提升我國(guó)產(chǎn)品附加值和國(guó)際市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 3.Driving industrial upgrading by new quality design. New quality design is oriented towards industrial integration, driving industrial innovation through design innovation and facilitating iterative upgrades in industries. We advocate for injecting vitality into industries with new quality design, fostering more independent brands, domestic trendy brands, and emerging brands. This approach aims to enhance the global visibility and reputation of Chinese brands, ultimately boosting added value of products and strengthening competitiveness in international markets. 四、新質(zhì)設(shè)計(jì)增進(jìn)民生福祉。締造人類美好生活是設(shè)計(jì)的初衷和目的。我們倡議，以人為本，加強(qiáng)新質(zhì)設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)新，聚焦公共服務(wù)和產(chǎn)品人性化、智能化設(shè)計(jì)，創(chuàng)作出更多貼近群眾生活、滿足群眾需求的作品，讓設(shè)計(jì)成果惠及人民群眾，點(diǎn)亮美好生活。 4.Enhancing public well-being through new quality design. Creating a better life for mankind is the original intention and purpose of design. We advocate for a people-centered approach that strengthens new quality design innovation, focusing on the user-friendly and intelligent design of public services and products. Our goal is to produce more works that resonate with people’s lives and meet their needs, ensuring that design outcomes benefit the public and illuminate a brighter future. 五、新質(zhì)設(shè)計(jì)促進(jìn)人才培養(yǎng)。多層次、高水平設(shè)計(jì)人才是新質(zhì)設(shè)計(jì)中最活躍的因素、最具決定性的力量。我們倡議，加強(qiáng)設(shè)計(jì)教育體系建設(shè)，健全設(shè)計(jì)人才激勵(lì)和評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制，造就高水平創(chuàng)新型設(shè)計(jì)人才隊(duì)伍，培育新質(zhì)設(shè)計(jì)之智。 5.Promoting talent development through new quality design. The diverse and high-caliber design talents are the most dynamic and decisive force behind new quality design. We advocate for strengthening the design education system and improving the incentive and evaluation mechanisms for design talent, so as to cultivate a high-level team of innovative design professionals and nurture the intelligence of new quality design. 六、新質(zhì)設(shè)計(jì)推動(dòng)交流合作。作為聯(lián)合國(guó)教科文組織創(chuàng)意城市網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)計(jì)之都正召集城市，武漢始終把促進(jìn)全球創(chuàng)意城市發(fā)展作為己任。我們倡議，搭建開放包容的平臺(tái)，推動(dòng)互鑒交流合作，加快設(shè)計(jì)成果跨境流動(dòng)和轉(zhuǎn)化應(yīng)用，促進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)意碰撞融合，讓新質(zhì)設(shè)計(jì)展現(xiàn)中國(guó)特色、中國(guó)風(fēng)格、中國(guó)氣派。 6.Facilitating collaborative exchange through new quality design. As a designated “City of Design” within the UNESCO Creative Cities Network, Wuhan has always taken it upon itself to promote the development of global creative cities.We advocate for establishing an open and inclusive platform to facilitate mutual learning and collaboration, accelerate the cross-border flow and application of design outcomes, and foster the collision and integration of design ideas. This will allow new quality design to showcase Chinese characteristics, style, and spirit. 新質(zhì)設(shè)計(jì)，融合創(chuàng)新。在這里，創(chuàng)意要素加速集聚、創(chuàng)新活力充分釋放、創(chuàng)造成果競(jìng)相迸發(fā)，讓我們攜手并進(jìn)，全力打造武漢特色、世界一流的設(shè)計(jì)之都，為設(shè)計(jì)勾畫全球美好未來貢獻(xiàn)武漢智慧和力量！ “New Quality Design, Cross Over Innovation”. Here, creative elements are rapidly converging, innovation is being fully unleashed, and design achievements are flourishing.
